I have enjoyed millions of hands of twenty-one. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have wagered on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. With all that said I have still lost an abundance of bankroll at chemin de fer. The gambling dens have made it nearly impossible to beat the house.
I still enjoy the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get rich with this method or defeat the house, however you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is built on the idea that 21 appears to be a game of runs. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Once I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the bet back down to the original amount.
I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely thrilling at times. If you win a few hands in a row your bets go up very quick. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had awesome streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Paris a few years back with $750 after 60 minutes using this technique! And a number of days ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!
You need to understand that you can give up a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be astonished at the runs you see wagering this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a $5 table.
Bet $5
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the original five dollar bet
Bet $5
Leave $5 paid to you for a total bet of $10
Bet ten dollar
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the original ten dollar wager
Wager 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total wager of 20 dollar
Wager $20
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $20 bet
Bet twenty dollar
Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total bet of forty dollar
Bet forty dollar
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the first $40 wager
Wager forty dollar
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 80 dollar
Wager $80
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the original eighty dollar wager
Wager eighty dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar
Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 160 dollar wager
If you departed at this instance you would be up three hundred and fifteen dollars !!
It is difficult to go on a streak this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you can’t alter and drop your bet or the final result will not be the same.
