I have bet on countless of rounds of chemin de fer. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have gambled on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of bankroll at vingt-et-un. The casinos have made it very hard to defeat the house.
I still enjoy the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over the years I have wagered on a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get rich with this method or beat the casino, nonetheless you will have a lot of fun. This method is centered on the idea that vingt-et-un appears to be a match of runs. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I bet with basic strategy 21. When I lose I bet the table minimum on the successive hand. If I lose again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the wager back down to the original bet.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely fun on occasion. If you win a few hands in a row your bets go up very quick. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had great runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Wynn a couple of years ago with $750 after 35 minutes using this technique! And a few weeks ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!
You must comprehend that you can squander a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the runs you notice wagering this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you continue winning at a five dollar table.
Wager five dollar
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 5 dollar wager
Bet $5
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total bet of ten dollar
Wager 10 dollar
Take $10 paid to you, leave the original ten dollar bet
Bet $10
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 20 dollar
Bet $20
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $20 bet
Wager twenty dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 40 dollar
Wager $40
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original forty dollar bet
Wager $40
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Bet eighty dollar
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 80 dollar wager
Wager 80 dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $160
Wager $160
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the first 160 dollar bet
If you departed at this instance you would be up $315 !!
It’s herculean to go on a run this long, but it often happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and lower your wager or the end result will not be the same.
