I have enjoyed millions of rounds of blackjack. I started sneaking into the casinos when I was still underage. I have played online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. Given all that I have still lost all kinds of money at 21. The casinos have made it very hard to beat the casino.
I still like the game and play on a frequent basis. Over the years I have wagered on a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this method or beat the casino, still you will have an abundance of fun. This tactic is built on the fact that 21 appears to be a game of runs. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I bet with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I don’t win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I lose again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. Once I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the wager back down to the original value.
I am very strict and never back out. It gets very exciting sometimes. If you win a few hands in series your wagers go up very fast. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had awesome streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Palms a couple of years ago with $750 after 35 mins using this tactic! And a number of months ago in Atlantic City I left a table with $1200!
You must comprehend that you can give up a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be surprised at the streaks you notice wagering this way. Here is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a $5 table.
Bet five dollar
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $5 bet
Wager 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total wager of 10 dollar
Wager 10 dollar
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 10 dollar wager
Bet ten dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total bet of $20
Wager $20
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the first twenty dollar bet
Wager 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 40 dollar
Wager 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the first 40 dollar wager
Wager $40
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total wager of 80 dollar
Wager $80
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the first $80 wager
Bet $80
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $160
Bet $160
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the initial 160 dollar wager
If you departed at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!
It is hard to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and lower your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
