black jack is a game that evokes images of a rollercoaster. It is a game that starts slowly, but gradually gains speed. As you grow your bankroll, you feel as though you are on your way to the top of the coaster and then when you are not expecting it, the bottom falls out.
Blackjack is so much like a crazy ride the similarities are astounding. As is the case with the popular fair experience, your blackjack game will peak and things will appear to be going great for awhile before it bottoms out one more time. Of course you have to be a black jack player who can readjust to the ups and downs of the game mainly because the game of blackjack is choked full of them.
If you like the mini coaster, a coaster that won’t go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the roller coaster ride is with a much bigger bet, then hop on for the ride of your life on the monster coaster. The deep pocket gambler will love the view from the monster wild ride because he or she is not mentally processing the drop as they rush hastily to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few gamblers adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it is going up, that’s terrific, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to toss and turn, you had better bail out in a hurry.
If you do not, you might not naturally recall how much you enjoyed life while your bankroll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a wicked ride and your head in the clouds. As you are remembering "what ifs", you won’t recount how "high up" you went but you will always remember that catastrophic fall as clear as day.
